LynqWyre LLC (“LynqWyre,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

This Policy applies to all users of LynqWyre.com and the LynqWyre platform, including Artists, Venues, and Audience members located in the United States.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • •Account type (Venue, Artist, or Audience)
  • •Profile information — bio, photo, website URL, social links
  • •Location information — city, state, zip code
  • •Booking details — dates, pay, act type, comments
  • •Communications submitted through the platform

Information Collected Automatically

  • •Device type and browser information
  • •IP address
  • •Pages visited and features used within the platform
  • •Date and time of activity

Information We Do Not Collect

  • •We do not collect payment card numbers or banking information — payments are handled directly between Artists and Venues
  • •We do not collect precise GPS location — only city/state/zip as entered by you
  • •We do not collect data from minors — users must be 18 or older

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • •Create and maintain your account
  • •Match Artists with relevant Venue posts based on category and location
  • •Send booking notifications and confirmations
  • •Operate the Handshake and Sub Finder features
  • •Communicate platform updates, policy changes, and service announcements
  • •Improve platform performance and user experience
  • •Enforce our Terms of Service and Strike system
  • •Comply with applicable law

4. How We Share Your Information

LynqWyre does not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • •With other users — your profile information (name, bio, category, location) is visible to other platform users for the purpose of booking
  • •With service providers — we use third-party services to host the platform (Railway), manage authentication, and send email notifications. These providers access data only as needed to perform services for us
  • •For legal compliance — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of LynqWyre or its users
  • •In a business transfer — if LynqWyre is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

5. Washington State Privacy Rights

If you are a Washington State resident, you have the following rights under Washington privacy law:

  • •Right to know what personal data we collect and how it is used
  • •Right to access a copy of your personal data
  • •Right to correct inaccurate personal data
  • •Right to delete your personal data
  • •Right to opt out of any sale of personal data (we do not sell data)

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will process your request within 30 days and delete your personal data, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted password storage and secure database hosting. No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

8. Cookies and Tracking

LynqWyre uses session cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.

9. Children's Privacy

LynqWyre is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and delete associated data promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of LynqWyre after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
