Two ways to reach your followers

LynqWyre gives you two ways to reach your followers directly — a general message to all followers, and a targeted reminder tied to a specific upcoming booking.

Message Followers

The Message Followers button is on your dashboard. Use it to send a general update to everyone who follows your venue — a new show announcement, a last-minute change, or anything you want your audience to know. Messages are delivered as in-app notifications and by email to followers who have email notifications enabled. 280 character limit.

1.Go to your venue dashboard.
2.Click Message Followers.
3.Type your message — up to 280 characters.
4.Send.

Send Reminder

The Send Reminder button appears on your confirmed upcoming booking cards. Use it to send a reminder about a specific show to everyone following your venue or the artist performing. Great for driving attendance the day of or the day before a show.

1.Go to your Bookings page.
2.Find the confirmed upcoming booking.
3.Click Send Reminder.
4.Type your message.
5.Send.

Note: Lynqd audience members receive an automatic 24-hour reminder before every confirmed show — you do not need to send a manual reminder the day before. Use Send Reminder strategically — a few days before the show to build excitement, or to share specific details like parking, dress code, or a special guest.

Delivery: Messages are delivered to followers who have in-app notifications enabled. Email delivery goes to Lynqd followers who have email notifications turned on. Free during beta for all accounts.
