Logging a Booking Manually

When to use this

Already booked an artist through another channel? Log it manually on LynqWyre so it appears on the What's On feed and your audience knows about it. Use this when you booked an artist by phone, email, or in person outside of LynqWyre.

Note: Manual bookings do not go through the Handshake or Seal the Deal process. They are for logging shows booked outside of LynqWyre. Once saved, the show appears on the audience What's On feed and calendar immediately — your followers are notified and anyone in your market can see it just like a confirmed Handshake booking.

How to log a booking

1.Go to your venue dashboard.
2.Click Log a Booking, or go to Bookings and find the manual booking option.
3.Enter the date, time, artist name, and category.
4.Add any notes.
5.Save. The booking appears on the audience What's On feed immediately.

Audience notification

Your followers are notified when you log a manual booking — the same Just Got Lynqd notification they receive for a confirmed Handshake booking. Your audience sees the show the moment you log it.

Editing and deleting

Edit or delete manual bookings at any time from your Bookings page under the My Bookings tab. If a show is cancelled, delete the manual booking — your followers will be notified automatically that the show is no longer happening and it will be removed from the What's On feed.
