Cancelling a Confirmed Booking

Before you cancel

Try to reach the artist directly using the contact info on your confirmed booking card. They may be able to accommodate a date change, which avoids a cancellation entirely and protects both parties from a strike.

How to cancel

1.Go to your Bookings page.
2.Find the confirmed booking.
3.Click Cancel Booking.
4.Confirm the cancellation.

What happens

The artist is notified immediately. All audience members following your venue or the artist receive a cancellation notification so they know the show is off. The booking is removed from the What's On feed.

Strike warning

Warning: Cancelling a confirmed booking may result in a strike on your account. Two strikes result in account suspension. If you have an extenuating circumstance, submit an override request from your Account page.
