Using the What's On Feed

Last updated: June 2026

What is the What's On feed?

The What's On feed shows everything happening near you — confirmed bookings, manually logged shows, venue hosted events, and community events. All in one place, always up to date. Tap What's On in your audience nav to get there.

What you see

  • Confirmed Handshake bookings — shows booked through LynqWyre by artists and venues.
  • Artist logged gigs — shows the artist added manually from outside LynqWyre.
  • Venue hosted events — events the venue is running themselves.
  • Community events — local events added by the LynqWyre community.

Filtering

Use the category chips at the top of the feed to filter by type of event — Musicians, Comedians, Trivia, Experience Hosts, and more. Toggle Local Events on or off separately to show or hide community-submitted events.

Market selector

Tap the market selector at the top to choose which markets you want to see shows from. You can select multiple markets at once — great if you live near more than one area or travel between markets regularly. Your market selection is saved while you browse.

How content is sorted

Shows on the What's On feed are sorted by date first — earlier dates always appear before later dates. On the same day, artists and venues you follow appear above preference-matched shows and community events. This means the content most relevant to you surfaces first without any scrolling. Community events always appear below confirmed shows on the same day.

List vs calendar view

Toggle between list view and calendar view using the icons at the top of the feed. Calendar view gives you a month-at-a-glance picture of upcoming shows. List view shows the next upcoming events in order.

Going

Tap Going on any event card to mark that you plan to attend. The artist or venue can see how many people are going. If they send a Going reminder before the show, you receive it directly.
