Why strikes exist

LynqWyre uses a strike system to keep the platform reliable. Venues depend on artists showing up to confirmed bookings. Strikes create accountability on both sides of every booking.

What earns a strike

Cancelling a confirmed booking without sufficient notice. A confirmed booking is one where Seal the Deal has been completed by both parties.

Consequences

•Two strikes result in account suspension.
•You can submit an override request with a written explanation.
•Overrides are reviewed manually by LynqWyre during the beta period.

How to avoid strikes

Only accept bookings you intend to honor. If something comes up, contact the venue directly using the contact info on your confirmed booking card. Cancel as early as possible — earlier cancellations are considered during override review.

Override requests

If you believe a strike was issued unfairly, go to Account and find Override Request. Provide a clear written explanation of what happened. LynqWyre reviews all overrides during beta.

Important: Submit your override request as soon as possible with as much context as you can provide. A strike is not automatically reversed.
