Log a Gig — Adding a Show Manually

When to use this

Booked a show outside of LynqWyre? Log it so your followers know about it and it appears on the What's On feed. Use this when you booked a gig by phone, email, or in person outside of LynqWyre.

How to log a gig

1. 1.Go to your artist dashboard or Bookings page.
2. 2.Click Log a Gig.
3. 3.Enter the venue name, date, time, and category.
4. 4.Add genre and any notes.
5. 5.Save. The gig appears on the audience What's On feed immediately.

Audience notification

Your followers are notified when you log a gig — the same Just Got Lynqd notification they receive for a confirmed Handshake booking. Log your gigs so your audience always knows where you are playing.

After logging a gig, your Message Followers button on your dashboard lets you send a follow-up message to all your followers — useful for sharing more details about the show or building excitement. See Messaging Your Followers for details.

Editing and deleting

Edit or delete logged gigs at any time from your Bookings page. If a show is cancelled, delete the logged gig so it is removed from the What's On feed and your followers are notified.
