Band Accounts — Multiple Members on One Profile

How it works

LynqWyre supports band accounts so multiple members can access the same artist profile. Invite your fellow band members, your manager, or anyone who helps run your bookings. Each person logs in with their own credentials and sees the band profile alongside any profiles they personally own.

One person creates and owns the artist profile. They invite other members by email. Each invited member gets their own login and sees the band profile in their profile switcher alongside any profiles they personally own.

Member roles

Inviting a member

1. 1.Go to your artist profile edit page.
2. 2.Scroll to the Band Members section.
3. 3.Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
4. 4.Select their role — Editor or Member.
5. 5.Click Invite. They receive an email with instructions to accept.

Accepting an invite

1. 1.The invited person logs in to LynqWyre.
2. 2.They go to their notifications or directly to /artist/band-invites.
3. 3.They accept the invite.
4. 4.The band profile then appears in their profile switcher in the nav.

Profile switcher

If you have access to more than one artist profile, a switcher appears in your artist nav. Click it to switch between profiles. All bookings, handshakes, and notifications shown are for the currently selected profile.
