Available Dates — Let Venues Find You

How it works

Instead of waiting for venues to post open dates and then applying, you can post your own availability. Venues browsing the Artist Postings tab see when you are free and can initiate a booking directly — reversing the normal Handshake flow.

How to post an available date

1. 1.Go to Available Dates in your artist nav.
2. 2.Click Post an Available Date.
3. 3.Enter the date and any preferences or notes for venues.
4. 4.Post it. Venues in your market can now see your availability.

What happens when a venue responds

When a venue sends you a booking request from your available date, it appears in your notifications. You confirm and both of you complete Seal the Deal — the same as a normal Handshake booking. Once confirmed, your followers receive a Just Got Lynqd notification.

Managing your available dates

Edit or delete available dates at any time from the Available Dates page. Remove a date if you are no longer available or if it has already been filled through another channel.
